Commemorative WWII 50th Anniversary Certificate

Document commemorates the 50th anniversary of the start of WWII in Asia on July 7, 1937.  These were produced in numbered limited quantities by Ft. Leavenworth's Historical Society in 1987.  Has a 5 Yen note adhered to the front and a canceled US 4 cent stamp.  It is numbered to the reverse 188.   Measures 8 1/2 x 11".
